the hard fought success

                             THE SO CALLED "SUCCESS"

its been a long journey,
still its tough to find the success key.
you need to keep moving on,
forgetting all that has already gone.

there's no time to sit,
because then for life you are not fit.
competetion in all fields you find,
they say it is to make strong your mind.

the final aim of all is to succeed,
without even caring about your deed.
there's the survival of the fittest darwin said,
and since young it has been put into our head.

to avoid being the laughing lot,
the victry road you need to adopt.
they deliver lectures once they succeed,
so that we get fruit from every seed.

every one is too busy with his own life,
and you make your work ur own wife.
with your work you are awake and asleep,
and to remind you there's always a beep.

expectations of your parents,
form around you a huge tent.
in the middle of the road i stand,
with the list of expectations in my hand.

everything appears to be falling on me all of a sudden,
and me gasping for breath under this huge burden.
break, please break these shakles around me,
and how beautiful is life just let me see.

i want to breath free,
please listen to my plea.
i dont want to die like any other ordinary guy,
and to be famous i will definitly try.

to this most of you wl agree,
and how many of us follow this lets see.
its tough to be different from the rest,
but this will only label you as the best.

though success here is also not a guarantee,
but i promise that you'll enjoy in plenty.
so why live the life so boring,
when u can enjoy every song that life sing..
